Eligibility Criteria:

- OR have at least 2 years of work experience in:
- University or higher education institution
- Public or non-profit research center
- International or intergovernmental organization (research or technical role)
- Must have at least 2 published research papers or academic outputs
- Must not be currently enrolled in a PhD or postgraduate program in Italy
- Must obtain an invitation letter from a professor at University of Pavia
