Applications are now open for the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program (ADEL) 2026. This is a prestigious, fully funded leadership program organized by the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) in Rabat, Morocco.
The program is open to young professionals aged 25-35 from countries across the Atlantic Basin (Africa, Europe, the Americas, and the Caribbean). It brings together outstanding emerging leaders for an immersive experience that includes leadership training and participation in the high-level Atlantic Dialogues Conference. There is no application fee.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Be fluent in English
- Have a strong professional track record and demonstrated leadership potential
- Be available to travel and participate fully from December 6 to 12, 2026
- Show commitment to making a positive impact in your community or field
