Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a (Research) Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Psychiatry, Cognitive Neuroscience, Work & Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Health Sciences, or a closely related field (students who are about to graduate can also apply)
- Have strong Dutch language skills (minimum C1 level) in speaking and writing – this is mandatory
- Have good command of English
- Show genuine interest in mental health, diversity & inclusion, social inequality, or supporting vulnerable young adults
- Have good communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Be comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams
- Have experience or strong interest in qualitative research methods
- Be willing to learn advanced data analysis (especially ESM/EMA data)
