Applications are now open for the ASEFYLS Capacity Training 2026 organised by the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF).

This fully funded youth leadership programme focuses on Anticipatory Leadership for a Human-Centred Future. It is open to young people aged 18–30 from Asia and Europe who are active in youth organisations or student associations. The programme combines online training, local community action, and an optional in-person training in Norway. There is no registration or participation fee. Selected participants for the in-person component will receive accommodation, meals, and travel subsidies.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Citizen of an eligible Asian or European country
  • Aged between 18 and 30 years
  • Student or young professional
  • Currently playing a leading role in a youth organisation or student association
  • Excellent command of English (both speaking and writing)
  • Highly motivated to develop leadership skills and create positive impact in your local community

Selection will also consider your motivation, leadership experience, and potential to multiply the impact in your community.
