This prestigious program is organized by the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) for early-career professionals working in science, technology, innovation, and international relations. The program includes an online training phase followed by a fully funded in-person Youth Summit in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Application Deadline: Sunday, 21 June 2026 It is free to apply with no application or participation fee. Selected participants for the Youth Summit will receive full support including travel subsidies, accommodation, and meals.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Be 35 years old or younger
- Hold citizenship of one of the eligible countries in Asia or Europe (full list below)
- Have excellent English skills (speaking and writing)
- Currently work as:
- A Research or Science Manager in universities, research organizations, or professional bodies, OR
- A Diplomat or Government Official working on international science and technology cooperation
- Not be an undergraduate student or PhD student/candidate
