Applications are now open for the Knight-Hennessy Scholars Program 2027 cohort at Stanford University. This prestigious, fully funded scholarship supports outstanding graduate students from around the world who want to pursue a master’s, doctoral, or professional degree at one of the world’s top universities.
The program provides full financial support for up to three years along with leadership development training. It is open to students of all nationalities and academic backgrounds. There is no application fee for the Knight-Hennessy Scholars application.

Eligibility Criteria:
- You must apply to and be accepted by a full-time Stanford graduate degree program (you submit both applications).
- You must have earned your first bachelor’s degree in January 2020 or later (by September 2027 if you are still studying).
- Military service members get an extra 2 years of eligibility (January 2018 or later).
- There is no age limit, no minimum GPA requirement, and no restrictions based on field of study or country.

How to Apply:
- Prepare your application to a full-time Stanford graduate degree program.
- Submit the separate Knight-Hennessy Scholars application by October 6, 2026.
- Submit your Stanford degree program application by the program deadline or December 1, 2026 (whichever comes first).
- Include required documents: resume, transcripts, test scores (if needed), recommendation letters, short answers, and essay.
Important: The Knight-Hennessy application and your Stanford program application are submitted separately.
