Applications are now open for the ITRI International Internship Program 2026 in Taiwan. This prestigious program offers international students the chance to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge research and technology at one of Taiwan’s top research institutes.
The program provides a monthly stipend, free on-campus accommodation, and valuable industry exposure. It is open to current university students from around the world (except Taiwan ROC passport holders). There is no application fee.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a current university student with official proof of student status
- Must hold a valid passport from any country other than Taiwan (ROC)
- Available to stay for the full duration of the internship
- Good English communication skills (Mandarin is a plus for some positions)
Note: ROC (Taiwan) citizens are not eligible for this international program. Foreign males of Taiwanese descent (18–40 years) should limit their stay to maximum 4 months due to conscription rules.
