Applications are now open for the SEAP Fellows 2026 Programme, a three-month full-time remote fellowship offered by Nationality for All (NFA). This opportunity is designed for early-career human rights professionals from the Asia-Pacific region who want to work on statelessness, nationality rights, and legal identity issues.
Selected fellows will help update the Second Edition of the Statelessness Encyclopedia Asia Pacific (SEAP). The programme offers a monthly stipend, valuable research experience, and the chance to contribute to important regional advocacy work. There is no application fee.

What This Fellowship Offers:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Be from the Asia-Pacific region
- Demonstrate strong desk research and writing skills
- Have excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Be able to work independently in a remote, full-time setting
- Possess good organizational and time-management skills
- Have background knowledge in human rights, law, public policy, international relations, or related fields
Note: Knowledge of citizenship rights and statelessness is highly desirable but not mandatory. Prior research or human rights experience is an advantage. Applicants with lived experience of statelessness are strongly encouraged to apply and will be given priority.
