Romania Government Scholarships 2026-2027 (40 Fully Funded Scholarships)

Applications are now open for the Romania Government Scholarships 2026-2027. The Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade (ARICE) and the Ministry of Education and Research are offering 40 fully funded scholarships to foreign citizens for undergraduate, master’s, postgraduate, and PhD studies in Romania.
