Applications are now open for the Romania Government Scholarships 2026-2027. The Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade (ARICE) and the Ministry of Education and Research are offering 40 fully funded scholarships to foreign citizens for undergraduate, master’s, postgraduate, and PhD studies in Romania.
This is a great opportunity for international students to study in Romania completely free of charge. The scholarship covers tuition fees, monthly stipend, accommodation, and medical support. The deadline to apply is June 12, 2026.
